When I graduated from high school I went to work for my father on a drilling rig in Northern Utah.

I loved being able to see new places and countries, I loved the people I worked with.

In 1999 my first child Kason Spencer came along, and I decided I needed a job/career that would allow me to spend more time with him.

I had always loved sales so I thought I would give real estate a go.

For a couple of years I worked the rigs and sold real estate on my days off.

After learning the ins and out of real estate I finally made it my full time career and fully dedicated myself to perfecting my craft as a real estate professional.

In 2015 I joined  the top sales team at Stratum Real Estate Group.

In  2018  I started the Jason Spencer Team and have had  the top selling teams from 2020 to present.

I have always found it satisfying to help other people with one of the cornerstones of their lives - the home they live in.

I love being able to help people make their dreams of home ownership a reality.

Today, I’m grateful to be making friends for life, not just clients, while helping people live their ideal lifestyle through real estate in Cedar City.
